Customer Service Policy
We aim to post all orders within 1 to 3 days of your order being placed online
(not including weekends and Bank Holidays which will affect this timescale).
If we cannot fulfill your
order we will contact you to discuss
All of our orders are shipped by Royal Mail - we will always use the best
possible Royal Mail service available to us for your delivery. However we cannot be
held responsible for Royal Mail delivery problems, although we can track and
trace your delivery for you should any unexpected delay occur. Most of our posted item
are received by customers within 48 hours of being posted by us.
Pricing
We make every effort to maintain accurate prices on our web site, however, this
is not always possible for reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to
discontinue any item and to change prices when necessary.
Orders of non stock items, special sale items, special orders and made to
measure purchases, will be charged for at the time of placing the order.
Orders of this type are
non returnable (this includes custom made Jodhpurs, Breeches, and Equitector Riding Boots -
these items must be ordered to correct size and are non-returnable, if you need
any assistance ordering the correct size please contact us). This does not
effect your statutory rights.
