Returns
Goods supplied from our on-line catalogue may be returned for a full refund less
postage, on items that are unsoiled and in the same condition as despatched
(this includes in the original undamaged packaging), if returned within 14 days
of receipt of sale.
The cost of returning the item is to be met by the customer and is not
refundable.
Goods being returned to Saddle Shop are the responsibility of the sender.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate or proof of postage using a
guaranteed or recorded delivery service.
We cannot make any refunds on goods not received by us.
Refunds will not be paid until the original goods are safely received and will
be refunded in the same manner as they were paid (i.e. back to your credit card
via PayPal or if you paid by cheque you'll receive a cheque by return).
Please return your original goods with an enclosed letter or note with full
details of your return or refund request.
It is important that you also do not damage any of the product, its box or
packaging as this may affect any reselling of the item. If the product, box or
other packaging is unreasonably damaged on return to us, we regret we will not
be able to make a full refund and a partial refund will be offered. In extreme
cases of damage, it may mean no refund can be made.
Non returnable items (this includes custom made Jodhpurs, Breeches, and Equitector Riding Boots -
these items must be ordered to correct size and are non-returnable, if you need
any assistance ordering the correct size please contact us). This does not
effect your statutory rights. If any of these goods are faulty then an exchange
will be swiftly made.
Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange your product for an alternative or a different size
the same policy applies as above. We will post your requested exchange on
receipt of the original item.
Please return your original goods with an enclosed letter or note with full
details of your exchange. You will need to enclose
further payment per product for postage of your new items -

beforehand so we can advise you of the amount of postage required

If you wish to pay via credit card please state on your enclosed letter and we
will arrange for an online PayPal transaction for the additional postage. Or we
can call you to take payment over the telephone.
The postage costs related to returning the product(s) to us are to be met by the
customer and are non-refundable.
Damaged Goods
Goods damaged in transit or due to faulty manufacture should be returned for our
inspection. Replacement goods cannot be sent until we have received the returned
goods.
We will reimburse all your postage costs in these circumstances and refund any
related costs if the goods were damaged or faulty due to manufacture only
(refunds of costs limited to postage and packaging only).
